The thing I love about Asheville is how beautiful it is!


We love eating at the following restaurants Korean house, and Champa.


Stores are plentiful and these stores are within 10 minute drive Target, Walmart and Asheville mall.


When we bought the property we were drawn to how quiet/private it is and how close it is to everything.


We love the area because of the many outdoor activities available. Also that it's not too big and not too small, it's just right.


Asheville downtown has many non-chain restaurants and shops.


Another thing to mention is that Oakley elementary school is less than 5 minute drive. We really enjoy having Biltmore house within 10 minute drive. We got a yearly pass this year and have been enjoying the beauty of one of the places Asheville is known for.


We enjoy hiking and Blue Ridge parkway is very convenient. We especially love it in the fall when all the leaves are changing colors.


Our neighborhood is kid/pet friendly. We really enjoy that our home is on a dead end street with no passing through traffic. Also the patio is great for firepit.


Average monthly electric bill is about $115, average water/sewage/trash bill for 2 months is about $120.
