We have 2 new Ingles equal distant from the house. We also have Earthfare, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, SAMs Club.......
When we bought the house we were attracted to the wide open interiors. The expansive views of the Biltmore Estate, Downtown Asheville, the Grove Park Inn and the Blue Ridge Mountains are gorgeous and we see them every day.
The Asheville area is wonderful. We enjoy the NC Arboretum, hiking along the Bent Creek, proximity to other towns such as Hendersonville,Saluda, Weaverville, etc. Having theAsheville Regional Airport just 15 minutes away is a big plus.
We enjoy hiking, playing golf, boating , etc., which are all readily available in the area. We live in a gated community of 35 homes which are all different architecturally .Our neighbors are all friendly and we have a once a year "neighborhood" party .
Our electric bill with Duke Energy is approximately $125 per month. Asheville water is $15 per month
