We love how quiet our town is, yet it is growing and getting more name stores.

The two main places we love to eat is Maggie Valley and Waynesville with an occasional trip to Asheville. The new super Ingles is good for shopping as is Walmart and now Publix is comming, and I am sure that will be wonderful.

We were attracted to this home because of the quiet, vistas of the beautiful mountains and valleys.We love the wildlife that is abundant yet they are not seen a lot.  The house is beautiful and large. It is homey with lots of room.The lack of traffic noise and hustle and bustle is wonderful. Though it is a few miles to town and stores that is for us a mini vacation.

Our hobbies include computer research, cooking, keeping the house clean and neat.

We love that our neighborhood is quiet and very serene. Though not overly neighborly, everyone is very friendly and helpful to each other.

Electric is the most expensive utility IF the baseboard heaters are going a lot in the winter, but with two fireplaces, one conventional and one Russian fireplace they do the job very nicely.
