Lead the launch of AllstarPowerhouse in your state. Host monthly state meetings, support niche programs, and build the foundation of your state team. As your state grows, you unlock stacked revenue share tied to production and expansion.
Team lead
Guide a local team within your state. When four or more agents join under you, you unlock a team CRM office and earn an override on team company dollars while maintaining a strong production standard.
