Why This Program Exists

This program came about after working with a buyer who purchased a home with us in the Carolinas. Shortly after closing, his father suffered a stroke, and he needed to relocate quickly to Arizona to be closer to family. The timing wasn’t planned, but life required a fast decision.
 

We’ve also worked with buyers relocating from other states who felt confident on paper, but once living in the area realized the location, commute, or lifestyle wasn’t quite the right fit.

The Love It or Leave It program was created for these moments.

It provides breathing space during major transitions and peace of mind for buyers who may need flexibility after moving, especially when relocating to a new area.

This is not about regret. It’s about acknowledging that life evolves and real estate decisions should be supported accordingly.
