Why This Program Exists
Real estate decisions don’t happen in a vacuum. Life changes, sometimes quickly.
This program came about after working with a buyer who purchased a home with us in the Carolinas. Shortly after closing, his father suffered a stroke, and he needed to relocate quickly to Arizona to be closer to family. The timing wasn’t planned, but life required a fast decision.
We’ve also worked with buyers relocating from other states who felt confident on paper, but once living in the area realized the location, commute, or lifestyle wasn’t quite the right fit.
The Love It or Leave It program was created for these moments.
