“Seller Says” -

We love Hendersonville..it is a wonderful quaint town. We are close to Asheville and Greenville but far enough away to have that friendly small hometown feel. We also love having 4-seasons!
Restaurants that we love and eat at regularly include Posteros, Mezzaluna, West First, UMI, Pie Square, Outback, Black Rose and our favorite Shine (which also has a rooftop), not to mention a few of the many local restaurants.
We are close to EVERYTHING....Our home is just minutes away from a variety of great grocery stores like Ingles, Fresh Market and Publix, wine shops like Crate Wine Market and many other conveniences like restaurants, drug stores, schools, gyms, parks, etc.
We love the beautiful mountains and the ideal climate in all four seasons! We love spending many hours per week on our covered front porch year round. It is shaded in the summer and the sun hits just right in the winter. There are many vineyards nearby. Our favorite is Point Lookout. Also Sierra Nevada is close by should you prefer beer.
When we first saw the property, we immediately loved the neighborhood, the quiet cul de sac, the high ceilings and the wonderful front porch with a view. We loved that it was convenient to everything including the best schools in the county. We could see it would be a great family house for us and gave us peace of mind that it would be a safe place to raise our children. Our neighborhood is great for peace and quiet, long walks and relaxing on the front porch at happy hour.

We enjoy playing golf at Cummings Cove and taking hikes at Triple Falls and Carl Sandburg. Our neighborhood is great for walking, riding bikes or any outdoor activity. The neighbors are friendly and every October we have a cook out block party. Also there is a trail to historic Johnson Farm at the end of our cul-de-sac!
Our utility costs are very reasonable: Our electric (Duke Energy) and gas (Dominion Energy) together average $210 and water (City of Hendersonville) $25.00.
