Our Estate Sale Support Program can help turn unwanted belongings into additional cash without putting the home sale at risk. Bundling personal property with the house can create appraisal, lending, inspection and closing complications, and we have seen otherwise solid transactions fall apart because of it. The homebuyer can still be offered the furniture first through a separate personal-property agreement. If the buyer declines, we spring into action.
