The expert works with the homeowner, family, and other professionals involved to coordinate the home sale with financing, moving arrangements, and the next-home timeline.
With T2T CPO, the homeowner can access the majority of their home equity in 14 days and move without living through repeated showings, repairs, cleaning, or property preparation.
After the move, the T2T CPO Expert coordinates approved improvements, preparation, and marketing of the vacant home to pursue full market value.
When the resale is completed, the homeowner receives the remaining proceeds according to the selected program’s terms. Participating T2T CPO Experts also give back to support the Tunnel to Towers mission.

Lead T2T CPO Nationwide
We are recruiting a National Program Director and Regional Directors across the country to grow T2T CPO and help American veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and their families coordinate a home sale with their next move.
The National Program Director will help shape the program, develop relationships within military, veteran, and first responder communities, and grow and support Regional Directors.
Regional Directors will build local relationships with community organizations, relocation professionals, and real estate agents who share this commitment to service.
Together, these leaders will help homeowners understand their selling options, plan around service commitments and moving deadlines, and protect their home equity while building a network that gives back to the Tunnel to Towers mission.
