Things I love about my town are convenience to shopping and beaches Clearwater Beach is the number one rated beach in Florida - actually in the whole United States.
We love to eat at Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa Florida Don Shula's of Tampa and also Olive Garden Outback Steakhouse and all other modern restaurant chains.
Our grocery store chains are Publix Winn-Dixie and a lot of mom and pop grocery food stores.
What we liked about our property was it was on a cul-de-sac - very clean-looking Neighbourhood and sidewalks for those evening walks.
What I like about the Tampa Bay area is we have major league baseball the NFL and all other Springtime training camps that are located all over the Tampa Bay area.
A few other things I can mention our deep sea fishing charter fishing and fishing piers located all within 30 to 40 minutes from the house.
What I like about the houses - yes it's on a cul-de-sac I've mentioned that before but we are a major industrial area and this house is situated in the center of this conglomerate. I worked at a major corporation for 36 years I could be at my desk in 15 minutes and home in 15 minutes and enjoying the pool.
We love to snow ski with the convenience of the Tampa Airport and the Clearwater st. Petersburg Airport there are plenty of good deals to fly to Colorado and back best deals can be found during the month of February. I've been flying to Breckenridge for the last 20 years doing 8 day ski packages. In fact there is a club you can join at Bill Jackson's Sporting Goods on US 19 5 minutes from the house.
Our neighborhood is great for parks and recreation Little League baseball, fastpitch softball, soccer and basketball for all the children up to the age of 17.
The house is powered by Electric only and is reasonable. We have a sprinkler system that's on reclaimed water. City of Pinellas Park has a city water department with good refreshing clean water.
