The things I love about the town of Lake Lure is there are lots of opportunities for recreational activities that I belong to. There is swimming, golf, tennis, spa, lake, boating just to name a few.
We love to eat at the restaurant at the resort club. La strada is very good too. Ingles is within 10 minutes drive.
When we bought the property we were drawn to the lake.The area surrounding lake lure is beautiful. Asheville is only approximately 45 minute drive.A few other things I can mention are you have all the amenities you could ever want right at your backdoor.Hobbies that I fell in love with that are available include playing tennis, as well as swimming classes.
