A great country feel with big skies just 15 minutes from Asheville NC, and 40 minutes to the airport. No restrictions should you want to airbnb or VRBO this home.

Seller Says

I love the quick dive into town and the availability of grocery stores, pharmacies, a number of restaurants and various shops. Yet, with all its amenities, Weaverville still has a welcoming small town atmosphere.

There is a good selection of fine restaurants within a ten minute drive from the property. For American fare, there's Twisted Laurel and Well Bred Bakery, for French, there is Glass Onion, and then the excellent Japanese Sobo.

Grocery stores are relatively plentiful with an Ingles just ten minutes away, and another Ingles and a Publix but fifteen minutes away. The mountains and the close proximity to Michael's relatives.

The Asheville area has a wonderful temperate climate, yet a change of seasons. The scenery is beautify. The area also hosts a bevy of activities readily available together with cultural attractions such as a symphony, various theater venues, and an active and thriving art community.

Other items of interest include easy and quick drives to historic sites and other cities.Hiking and rafting and, yes, even snow skiing are all nearby.

The wide variety of stores nearly makes shopping excursions a real pleasure. Our neighborhood has elbow-room. That said, we had no trouble getting to know and socializing with a number of our terrific neighbors. It's easy to get a strong feeling that you belong to an accepting community.

Though this is an all-electric home, our typical monthly electricity costs range between $95.00 to $130.00. This depends on the season and can go higher during particularly warm periods.

This home has a convenient open floor layout, lots of natural light, and an ample number of outlets throughout, including a 220 volt outlet downstairs. The two porches and brick patio provide plenty of leisure space from which to enjoy truly beautiful sunsets and truly panoramic night skyscape

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

¹ “Full-Market Cash Offer” refers to an offer calculated using the property’s estimated as-is market value and applicable program terms. It is not an appraisal or guaranteed sale price. The stated 14-day timing is an estimate for qualifying properties and is not guaranteed.

² The approximately 80% figure is an estimate of the gross cash offer before applicable fees, costs, liens, taxes, closing expenses, or other deductions. Actual offers vary.

³ The 70% upfront and 90–110% figures estimate potential gross proceeds under the renovation-and-resale program. The 90–110% range is measured against the property’s estimated pre-renovation, as-is market value. Final proceeds depend on program terms, costs, and the eventual resale price and may be higher or lower than estimated.
