Pre-Application (you can click that link and fill it in to save time) for housing assistance may be filled out at 165 South French Broad Avenue, Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Once an application is completed for housing, applicants are placed on a waiting list according to the date and time of their application and local preference for which they may qualify.
