Deanna Allen

HQ: Ogden

Deanna Allen spent 14 years as the director of a prominent senior living community. As National Program Director for Senior Living CPO, she brings that leadership experience to her work, helping communities, seniors, their families and the senior living experts who serve them better understand and plan the transition into senior living.

Recognized as a national expert in senior transitions, Deanna helps older adults and their families navigate the decision to remain at home or move into a senior living community. She supports aging at home wherever possible, helping families consider their housing choices without assuming that selling is the next step.

Families may be trying to coordinate a home sale with an available apartment, work out when funds will be available, or help a parent sort through years of belongings. The practical questions matter.

So do the memories, the uncertainty and the person making the move.

Deanna works with senior living communities throughout the USA. She collaborates with her peers to deliver webinars and educational programs that help communities, families and real estate professionals better understand the transition from a longtime home into senior living.

Through Senior Living CPO, she develops and delivers educational programs for real estate agents across the country, helping them become Senior Living CPO Experts. Her work prepares those agents to understand the decisions families face, explain the available home-selling options and coordinate the sale around the next move.

Wherever you are based, Deanna’s mentoring helps prepare the Senior Living CPO Expert near you to guide your transition. For you and your family, that education has a practical purpose: helping ensure that your expert is fully versed in how best to help you. Deanna brings her experience as a community director into that training, so the conversation starts with your needs, your timing and what would make the move more manageable.

There is no single right answer for every family. Some need time to prepare. Others are trying to coordinate a move when a place becomes available. Through Senior Living CPO, the options may include a conventional sale, a Certified Pre-Owned listing or a qualifying CashCPO option. The aim is to help you understand the choices and make a clear plan for your next step.

Deanna is based in Ogden, Utah. Her background in senior living, healthcare and hospitality informs both her work with local homeowners and the education she provides to communities and real estate agents nationwide.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES

¹ “Full-Market Cash Offer” refers to an offer calculated using the property’s estimated as-is market value and applicable program terms. It is not an appraisal or guaranteed sale price. The stated 14-day timing is an estimate for qualifying properties and is not guaranteed.

² The approximately 80% figure is an estimate of the gross cash offer before applicable fees, costs, liens, taxes, closing expenses, or other deductions. Actual offers vary.

³ The 70% upfront and 90–110% figures estimate potential gross proceeds under the renovation-and-resale program. The 90–110% range is measured against the property’s estimated pre-renovation, as-is market value. Final proceeds depend on program terms, costs, and the eventual resale price and may be higher or lower than estimated.
