Kenmure is a more traditional golf community with over 700 homes planned. There are about 450 homes in the community. A variety of styles range from less expensive rental/condo units in the $200's to million dollar homes. The clubhouse is a lovely Victorian style which attracts quite a bit of wedding business. There is also a Rec facility which has recently been renovated and includes indoor pool, exercise rooms and yoga type studio. The fees are around $1200/yr, golf memberships increase the fees. There are Villa/townhomes and a wide range of traditional homes in Kenmure. The clubhouse also houses a pub downstairs which many owners frequent.
