From Design to Downsizing: How I Found My Calling in Charleston Real Estate

I was born and raised in South Carolina, and after years of visiting, I finally made the move to Charleston in 2016. It didn’t take long for me to realize that this vibrant, welcoming city was exactly where I was meant to be.

With a degree in Interior Design and nearly three decades in corporate sales and management, I’ve always had a passion for helping people—and for making spaces feel like home. In 2017, I decided to take a leap of faith and transition into real estate. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.

Today, I specialize as a Senior Living CPO expert, guiding older adults through one of the most meaningful transitions of their lives. Whether it’s downsizing, decluttering, or simply finding the right home for this next chapter, my approach is always thoughtful, respectful, and personal. It’s not just about selling a home—it’s about honoring a lifetime of memories and creating space for what’s next.


That same care extends to every client I work with—whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, or letting go of a place that’s meant a lot to you. I listen closely, ask the right questions, and help you make confident choices without ever feeling rushed. I love solving problems, negotiating strategically, and doing what’s truly best for the people I serve.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom to my amazing 29-year-old son and dog mom to my sweet mini labradoodle, Bella. I love entertaining, spending time on the water, exploring Charleston’s incredible food scene, and finding live music whenever I can. There’s just something about this city—its energy, charm, and beauty never get old.
