What we have loved most is how secluded and quiet it feels. The home sits on four acres, and it feels very private. You are surrounded by trees, so you really do feel tucked away from everything, but you are still close enough to get to town, the beach, the airport, and everyday conveniences.

The whole four acres are fenced, which has been such a wonderful feature. There are also two gates at the front entrance. The driveway was originally designed as more of a circle drive, although we let part of it grow in because I do not like using Roundup!

The property has so much potential for someone who wants space, privacy, animals, gardening, or just room to breathe.

One of the big features is the pole barn. We had thought about using that area for horses and possibly turning it into more of a horse arena setup. It could be great for an RV. There is fencing around that area too, so there are a lot of possibilities depending on what the next owner wants to do. It could be great for animals, equipment, hobbies, storage, or a workshop.

The land itself is really special. The tree line in the front is lined with azalea bushes, and when they bloom, it is beautiful. There are white azaleas, pink azaleas, almost a peach-colored azalea, and fuchsia. So much of the front is covered in color when they are blooming. There are also cypress trees and lots of mature trees throughout the property.

We have loved the peace and quiet here. It feels private and natural, and we have enjoyed seeing wildlife around the property. We see deer, squirrels, and bunnies in the yard. It is the kind of place where you can sit outside and feel away from everything.

The area is a big part of what makes the home special. The house is about 15 minutes into Milton, which is a small town with plenty of grocery stores and the everyday things you need. Milton has a friendly, small-town feel, but you are not far from larger areas.

If you are coming from somewhere busier, you would probably love how peaceful it feels here. You get space, trees, privacy, and quiet, but you are still close to the coast.

Pensacola is about 20 to 25 minutes away, depending on traffic and how you drive.

The airport is also about 20 to 25 minutes away. There is also outdoor recreation nearby.

The canoe and paddle boarding area on Blackwater River is very close, about half a mile to a mile from the house. If you enjoy being outside, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, or just living near the water and nature, that is a really nice feature.

For medical care, there is a hospital in Milton, about 20 minutes away. The VA hospital is farther, probably around 45 minutes to an hour because it is on the other side of Pensacola, but regular hospital services are much closer.

The main road is right outside the neighborhood, so even though the property feels private and tucked away, it is not difficult to get out and go where you need to go.

That balance has been one of the best things about living here. This home has been a peaceful place for us. We have loved the privacy, the trees, the fenced acreage, the azaleas, the pole barn, and the quiet setting. It is a wonderful property for someone who wants room, nature, and a little bit of country living while still being close to Milton, and only a half hour from the beaches at Pensacola, Navarre Beach, the airport, and the Blackwater River area.
