This is the ideal spot to gaze at the stars or into the distant mountains. Minimal light pollution creates one of the purest night skies you’ll find in Western North Carolina.

W.C. Ward Pavilion & Pond

A gathering spot for members and guests, with running streams that invite discovery and play. With a full outdoor kitchen, inviting stone fireplace, and rustic wood furniture and tables, families and friends can have summer parties, fall oyster roasts, spring celebrations, or intimate cookouts throughout the calendar year.
