Seller Says

The things I love about Candler are the close proximity to I-40 and easy access to all areas of Asheville. Only 2 miles from multiple grocery stores, hardware stores, pharmacies, and county park. 30 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 Minutes to Bent Creek.

Grocery stores, pharmacies, parks and libraries are only 2 miles away including Ingles, BI-LO, and Food-Lion.

When we bought the property we were drawn to the beautiful design of all of the homes and the small community feel of the neighborhood along with the convenient access to I-40.

The Asheville area is wonderful for anyone looking for great food, craft beer, art, and outdoor living. Some of the activities we enjoy most in Asheville include hiking, mountain biking, camping, and tennis. Our neighborhood is great for making new friends and building community.

Our utility costs are less than expected with a home this size, especially during the cold months. This is helped by the thermostat controlled gas fireplace and the propane back-up on the heating unit. Our total utility costs run $200 - $250 max per month. We use Suburban Propane, Duke Energy, and City of Asheville for our utilities.
