SELLER SAYS

We love the beautiful mountains, outdoor activities, variety of independent restaurants (non-franchise), friendly people, and so much more.

Here are a few awesome restaurants to experience:

Tupelo Honey (*Featured on the Food channel), The Lobster Trap, Papas N Beer, and so many more...

We have a mass variety of organic grocery stores and non-organic stores, EarthFare, Whole Foods, The Co-op, etc...

It was the perfect place for me to build my home and raise my family and my kids to be safe when they went outside. The land and views are spectacular, and my piece of property has the most land out of all the homeowners in this subdivision.

I really love all the architecture downtown and all the outdoor and indoor activities, so many breweries, and the social life that is available here. I have lived here my whole life and my family has too, and I have traveled across the United States, and this is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Also I have watched this city grow, because so many people have been relocating to Asheville because of how awesome it is to live here.

#1 Place To Live!!!

I enjoy doing a lot of different things, attending 2 different colleges that are close by, one on painting and one on US History. I also enjoy sewing and taking my pieces to the local flea market to sale and some art galleries downtown. My husband enjoys playing ball, golf, and disc golf at all the different courses. I enjoy going to the live concerts and festivals our city offers. Community Support, Community Yard Sales, Community Fellowship, etc.

Our utilities are so extremely low, due to the fact that the house is extra insulated and bricked. Light bill rounds about $130.00 per month to heat 4,000 square feet and an additional house in the back of 1,000 square feet, thats pretty awesome, don't you think!

I have my account with Duke Energy and City of Asheville Water.
