“Seller Says” -

The house is located in Fletcher, North Carolina, very convenient to South Asheville, Hendersonville, and Brevard. Fletcher Park is less than one mile away and offers beautiful walking trails, bike trails, dog parks, and recreation activities. Our favorite restaurants are Papas and Beer, Moes Bar-be-que, and Sierra Nevada. All are easily accessible within a 10 - 15 minute drive.


Grocery stores are plentiful, with options of Harris Teeter, Publix, and Earth Fare. However, our favorite grocery store is Ingles, which is within walking distance. When we first saw the property , I was drawn to the bonus room and the sun-room. While the bonus room offers a more casual and relaxing space, the sun-room is bright and cheery and offers backyard views of the woods.


The Asheville area is wonderful and offers a beautiful climate with all four seasons. Biking, hiking, and outdoor enthusiasts love the many activities. Downtown Asheville offers an eclectic and vibrant feel with more than 30 galleries showcasing our region’s art and artisans.

A few other things I can mention is the fun mix of museums, attractions, and tours, such as the Biltmore House, The Grove Arcade, and The Grove Park Inn. Ten craft breweries are situated in the downtown area, with an additional 30+ around the city. I especially love Fletcher Park and the Mills River Park. Both offer walking/running trails, dog parks, tennis, and playgrounds. While we all like different things, I especially enjoy music and playing the piano.


Saint Johns Common is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Community neighbors are friendly and regularly organize community events. The development is clean and yards are well manicured. It is a great place for walking.


Our utility costs are better than we have experienced in previous homes. Our electric is provided through Duke Energy and our gas is through PSNC Energy. Our septic and water are offered through the City of Fletcher.

This home has a huge screened in porch, as well as a sun room and bonus room - all upgrades from the basic floorplan. The kitchen is large for a home of this size, and open plan to the vaulted ceilings. This is a great location and the home is FULL of natural light.
