We love to eat at Doc Brown's North Carolina BBQ, with killer banana pudding, and Rejavanation Cafe for coffee on the deck with our dogs.
This house comes with two things you could never add: Great views and great neighbors. It also has a large deck from which to view immoveable mountains, passing clouds, bunnies, hawks, eagles, and other birds regularly, plus balloons early on weekend mornings. It’s the perfect place to sit, ponder God’s handiwork, and think great thoughts.
The neighbors are people who will always be there when you need them. We know from experience.

We’d love to stay here, but our aging joints are calling loudly for a move to one-floor living and minimal property maintenance duties. We will definitely miss the place and hope that the next owners will love this home as much as we have.
Utility costs are far less than they were for us up north. Duke Power is the Electric company and its on town water.
