The things I love about Asheville are the many outdoor activities, wonderful food choices and interesting people. South Asheville in particular offers so many local amenities, conveniences, and the ability to be downtown within 15 minutes if desired.

We love to eat at several of the local restaurants especially Tupelo Honey, Farm Burger, 12 Bones, Green Sage and CharBar 7. We also have many other tasty options such as Mountain Juicery.

We are within 5 minutes to Ingles, Earth Fare, and Publix. Ace Hardware, Walgreens, Pet Supplies Plus, Carolina Cinema, and almost any other need is within a few miles.We bought the property because it feels like you are in the mountains but yet are convenient to everything.

We enjoy mountain biking, hiking, and running . The weather is great for being outdoors. Pinners Cove road offers a scenic alternative route to I-40.

Our hobbies are running, mountain biking, and cooking. We love Bent Creek, the French Broad River, and the Blue Ridge Parkway!!!

Our neighborhood is welcoming and offers a mountain lifestyle; low stress and high happiness. The home sites have spacious lot sizes, trees and natural elements. This creates an ideal blend of privacy while still maintaining a strong sense of community. We traditionally have several neighborhood get together every year (Food and Wine).
