Reynolds Mountain, a Luxury Mountain Community

Drone Video

Reynolds Mountain is a beautiful mountain community just 10 minutes north of downtown Asheville NC. Developed in 2002, many homes overlook the renowned Grove Park Inn, as well as the Country Club of Asheville golf course community.

Each home on Reynolds Mountain has city sewer and water, as well as natural gas. Utilities are underground as one would expect in a luxury community - who wants to see those 'lines' obscuring the beautiful views!

Reynolds Mountain is a mixed-use community that is complemented by the gated Urban Village at the seat of the mountain, with shops, restaurants as well as a YMCA.

The community comprises around 500 acres and is home to custom homes, family estates and townhomes.

"Sellers Say"

The things we love about Asheville are the mountain vistas, the friendly people, the live music and vibrant art scene as well as the variety and quality of the local restaurants.

We love to eat at many of Asheville's privately owned and often eclectic restaurants. Just a short list of neighborhood favorites: The Glass Onion, Blue Mountain Pizza, The Grill, Stoney Knob Cafe, Chupacabra Latin Cafe, Avenue M, Ambrozia Bar and Bistro, Baked, Gan Shan Station, Luella's Bar-B-Que, Vinnie's Neighborhood Italian, and so many more.

Lots of nearby grocery stores including Ingles Market, Fresh Market, Publix, Trader Joe's and Harris Teeter.

When we bought the house we were drawn to the sweeping views, the quality construction, style and layout of the home, the charming garden space and the convenience to downtown.

The Asheville area is wonderful with hiking trails, local lakes, music venues, golf courses, theater and local art studios.A few other things to mention are: visiting the Biltmore, the Grove Park Inn, local festivals and fairs, farmer's markets, zip lines and Zen Tubing down the French Broad River. Also the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Tourists minor league baseball team (Colorado Rockies).

We love Asheville along with exploring surrounding small towns, their performance venues, galleries and local dining.

We enjoy gardening, hiking, canoeing, white-water rafting and continuing education classes at A-B Tech and UNC Asheville.

Our neighborhood is great for the Reynolds Mountain Homeowner's Association which sponsors social gatherings, charity events and special interest clubs. The natural environment is stunning.

Duke Energy provides excellent service at reasonable rates. Approximate monthly cost is $200.
